Autumn Looks With Mia Atelier and Cool Places in Marbella, Spain

Spread the love

It’s unbelievable but it’s been already one year since I first came to Marbella in Spain.

When I was looking for a place to settle, I planned to visit various cities around the coast. When I saw Marbella I instantly fell in love with it and decided that my searches will end right here.

Marbella is small, cute, cozy and comfortable for living. The fact that it is so small makes it very easy to explore and after a couple of months, you will probably know all cool places to eat, shop and go out.

All tourist usually start their acquaintance with the city from Casco Antiguo and this is for a reason – this is the most authentic and beautiful part of the city. There are plenty of little stores here that sell clothes, handmade leather goods and jewelry.

One of my most favorite is Mia Atelier – located right in the center of Casco Antiguo, they sell a very good selection of stylish garments and accessories mostly coming from Italy and France. Each piece is hand picked by its owner Monica, who according to me has a great taste and style.

If you like artisanal jewelry check out the shop called EthnoPur – they have very nice collection of artistic jewelry with some ethnic vibe. Another thing to buy in Spain is handmade leather goods – they really know how to make quality shoes and bags here.

On the photos below I am wearing Zara outfit (yellow jacket and black shorts) and Sargasso shoes – despite high heels, they are super comfortable and look very elegant.

Animal prints have made a huge come back this fall and I couldn’t resist the temptation to try out one of those snake jackets too:

To go out at night I recommend you to go to Paseo Maritimo – there are plenty of bars and restaurants here. To eat seafood try the restaurant called La Barca. If you are a meat lover check out the Argentinian restaurant Vovem with probably the best steaks in Marbella.

At Puerto Deportivo you will find cool bars where you can have cocktails and shisha gazing at sailing boats and luxury yachts. One of my favorites bars here is called Mantra.

Tried this gorgeous fuchsia maxi dress – if you want to be in the center of attention all evening wear a long dress in bright vivid colour ))

If you walk in the center of Casco Antiguo, find a small square with fountain and search for a little street called Estrecho (“narrow” in Spanish) – there you will see the restaurant with the same name. This is one of the favorite places to eat among Spanish people from Marbella and you won’t be disappointed – they have delicious homemade snacks and local delicacies.
