Home Tour: Inviting and Elegant Traditional House in Cape Coral
In today’s post we want to share this beautiful and inviting home of one of our readers Bess “Lady Cakes” Charles. We love how every room in this house is decorated with lots of love and attention to detail. Here is what she says about the project:
My husband and I have been married 16 years – with 2 children we had never purchased a home before. We wanted to wait until we found the builder that would build us our dream home. We recently finished our custom built home with Coral Isle Builders (Cape Coral, FL). Throughout the building process my daughter, Katelyne age 11, has gone with me to choose tiles, colors, grout colors, paint colors and has been wildly interested in the entire design process. With her help, her and I designed this home from top to bottom and had such FUN while doing this project together. We would bounce ideas off of each other and talk through the process together but truely worked together as a team to develop this home into our vision. Throughout the process, Katelyne has found her passion for design and the joy that it brings her. She realizes that it allows her introverted ways to shine through art and design. I am so fortunate for this journey, the builder and our vision. We love our new home.
