California Design Den Bedding Review
Recently I have partnered up with California Design Den store to review their 100% cotton bedsheets. They have sent me this amazing bedding set which included 1 fitted bedsheet, 2 standard pillowcases and 1standard bedsheet. I have chosen the white colour to achieve a luxurious hotel-like style, but in their store you can find the variety of different sizes and colours. Here is how my bed looked like when I tried this bedding on:
I usually struggle with putting the fitted bedsheet on a mattress- they tend to be smaller than the actual mattress and while you pull one end, the other will come out. This bedsheet has a great size and it was super easy to fit it on the mattress.
Next thing I noticed is incredible tactile properties – this bedding is soft to touch, very comfy and delicate. I instantly had an irresistible desire to wrap myself in this gorgeous bedsheet.
When it comes to luxury bedding it is all about quality of materials and detailing. This set is made with 100% long staple cotton fiber yarns and a gorgeous sateen weave. Both pillows and cover bedsheet has a beautiful folded edge on one side.
When I choose any product for my home I pay a great attention to sustainability and eco-friendliness. Bedsets produced by California Design Den have 2 certificates: STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX proves that it has no harmful substances. The fabric is tested for meeting performance like no pilling, shrinkage, colorfastness, tear strength and thread count authenticity before being individually measured and stitched to perfection. LEED v4 GOLD CERTIFIED confirms that the product is made ethically in India in a socially compliant and awarded factory which supports more than 300 working families.Â
Another great feature of these bedsheets is that despite the density and durability of fabric it is light and breathable – perfect to cover myself during hot Spanish nights.
