Giulia Leoni: Jewellery That Makes You Feel Special
I have recently stumbled upon jewellery brand Giulia Leoni. This Italian designer creates one-of-a-kind bracelets and necklaces, made of cashmere, metals or crystals.
I have got these gorgeous coral red, grey and white Hula Hoop crystal bracelets. The bracelets have a magnetic clasp and any two with same size claps can be fastened together and worn as a necklace. The idea is that you can collect them and create your own personalized look. I love this cool invent which makes the process of wearing jewellery fun and creative!

History of the brand
It all started about 11 years ago when Giulia Leoni moved back to Italy and took a one-month sailing trip around the Mediterranean on the fabulous Maya (a dear friend’s boat) Along with her favourite music and books she brought a box of beads… During the long journeys between one fabulous site to another, she was inspired by the palette of sea colours and she was being lulled by the rhythm of the waves and whisper of the wind blowing through the sales, she started beading rings of crystals that slowly made their way on to the “cime”. Don’t ever call them ropes!! The idea for the Hula Hoop bracelet was born. Since then the design has taken different lives with materials such as eco-leather, hematite and precious stone beads.
About designer
Giulia was born in Florence Italy. Innately bicultural her upbringing was spent between Florence and New York. Ultimately, her native grounds became home once again in 2008 when she left New York where she lived most of her life.
