Portuguese Fish And Seafood Cataplana Recipe
We discovered this original recipe of fish and seafood Cataplana during our last trip to Portugal. It was so delicious that we had it almost every day. Cataplana is cookware resembling two clamshells hinged at one popular in Algarve region. The fish and seafood are always super fresh and tasty in Portugal, and I guess that’s the main part of success (apart from buying the Cataplana itself).
