Embracing Harmony and Wellness in St. Petersburg’s Minimalist Apartment
The designers of this apartment project in St. Petersburg aimed to create a harmonious and soothing living environment for a young woman, a student, and a future doctor. They chose a soft minimalist style, using neutral gray walls, decorative plaster, and warm-toned Scandinavian oak. The kitchen features a graphite-black kitchen set, pull-out drawers for pots and pans, and a decorative panel by Ekaterina Gromceva. The bedroom boasts a spacious walk-in closet, a hidden bed, calming shades, and textured surfaces. The bathroom features monochrome tiles, rough decorative plaster, white sanitary ware, and glossy mirrors. The favorite room of the house is the study, which serves as a workspace, guest room, and home cinema. It features a portable 4K projector, a gypsum cardboard screen, and concealed lighting. The designers incorporated sustainable practices throughout the project, such as eliminating traditional TV systems and using a minimal amount of materials.
