In today’s post we would like to share this amazing project revealred recently by Watson Young Architects. It is an exclusive New York inspired penthouse on the 22nd floor of Geelong’s tallest building (Australia). The apartment is the jewel in the crown of the $40 million-dollar Morphy-Birrell Property Group and Morris Property Group development. The boutique design composition delineates the luxury of New York apartment living. Featuring original designer fittings, the open plan design is encompassed by surrounded by 180° picturesque bay views.
The one-of-a-kind architectural design sought inspiration from some of New York’s finest, and features exclusive interiors such as:
- A 3m long curved marble island bench, raised and illuminating ceiling coffers
- White-lime washed parquet flooring, marble and fluted glass paired with pale veneers
- Bathrooms tiled floor to ceiling in marble
- A bespoke floor to ceiling paneled leather bedhead 180-degree views to the sailboats in the bay
