Shopping with L’Essenziale online is completely safe and secure. Checkout is provided by “Paypal” service.
In case you would like to cancel your order please contact us at email@example.com. If the order has been despatched you will need to follow the returns policy as stated below.
In case your purchase was damaged during the shipment, it must be reported to us within 3 days after delivery. In that case we will require photos of the damage and we will send you substitute free of charge. If you change your mind for any reason and would like to return your purchase, please notify us within 7 days after receiving it. Items need to be sent back to us in the resalable conditions including original undamaged packaging. Please note that we do not refund for the returns postage.
When we receive your return we will notify you via email about it. We will inspect the item and if it is in the resalable condition you will be qualified for refund. All refunds are made via original method of payment.
